The Perch

The Perch is a place for those who dream big, think outside the box, and make things happen: artists, entrepreneurs, innovators. The design had to feel raw and real, with an industrial edge, but still welcoming, warm, and rooted in nature.

We married the urban with the organic. The building itself is full of contrasts – modern, clean lines paired with warm, natural textures. We reflected that in the brand through a modular wordmark, with custom-designed letterforms, and a colour palette that feels sophisticated but with enough momentum to keep things fresh. The industrial vibe is front and centre, but there’s a softness that runs through the identity, a reminder of the surrounding nature and the people who inhabit the space.

Inside The Perch, rotating installations keep things dynamic, and co-working spaces like the rooftop lounge are as much about collaboration as they are about community. And with nature at your doorstep – trails, parks, and waterfronts, there’s a natural flow between indoor and outdoor life. This is a place to connect, to create, and to dream.
